CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy. Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel without penalty. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
